How Government works or at least how it should work is a topic worth discussion by all individuals who are affected by its proper definition of purpose.
As pointed out many times in the past it is everyone’s responsibility to understand and teach others, such as their children the proper function of government and dispel confusion, if not, then those who don’t must live with those consequences of that failure. Don’t rely on public education only to fulfil that role as teacher.
Congress is comprised of two bodies…
All Legislative powers shall be vested only in the Congress,
The Senate:
Share certain Legislative powers with the House of Representatives, soul responsibilities to confirm Presidential appointments, ratify treaties, preside over impeachment trials, advise and consent, war powers, both House share oversight and investigation, filibuster, reconciliation, in conjunction with the House of Representatives constitutional amendments, differing from the House of Representatives the Senate represents interests of individual states.
The House of Representatives:
A representatives primary duties include:
Actions required by the constitution, introducing, debating and voting on bills, proposing amendments to bills, servicing on committees.
The House of representatives has sole powers to initiate all taxes and spending bills, impeach Federal officials.
No other duty than those given through the constitution exists.

The Presidency: The first responsibility of the President is to act as a non-partisan Commander and Chief over the armed services for the protection of all citizens from harm.
A companion responsibility is to guarantee adherence in a non-partisan way in all cases to the constitution of the United States and all its facets.
No other duty exists.

Showing a person’s true nature.
Jack smith is in new news again showing his ignorance and true nature. That nature is certainly unprofessional and incompetence as an attorney by continually manipulating the legal system in such a way that it’s not intended. What comes into focus by this activity is how many either don’t know or misinterpret the constatation or the duty of each branch of government.
If for no other reason aiding me to come to this conclusion, apparently Jack Smith fails at best to understand what malicious prosecution is, Marium Webster says:

"they intend to sue for malicious prosecution"
Not only do Judges claim immunity for good reason, so should anyone that acts in our benefit who were elected to do so. A president being one, that person should act in all our benefit understanding one of those acts is questioning anything that one or more of individuals may have brought to that person’s attention especially insuring we have not been cheated, in fact we should all be concerned with cheating, unfortunately cheating on an election has occurred far too often in the past to disregard that possibility, and when anything, even if something appears innocent it would be natural for anyone even a president to act on that probability.
That’s supports my argument, and I would only hope others would agree and voice their concern calling for Mr. Smith to resign, remember there is a cost to all of us with any and all these malicious suet’s, especially on a federal level and we should not sanction that cost.

What will be the direction of the country…
It should go without saying what that direction is, a direction sanctioned by this group should consist of. If everyone here or anywhere else are true Republicans it would resemble liberty for all who follow the law including those who may disagree with us, justice for all leaving no one out including all citizens regardless of every persuasion, the pursuit of happiness for every person which won’t interfere with anyone else right to pursue the same goal, all else is unimportant for this country to survive.
With the caveat, having the willingness to fight to preserve those ideals using any means required.
What does the present-day Democrat Party offer, none of these policies and only empty words that sound good but in principle are un-American at best, criminal at worse. Last evening there was a speech given by Kamala Harris, however based on past history a speech most likely written by someone other than Ms. Harris, besides offering no concrete solutions, just words. If it was written by her, it shows just how ignorant on the subjects she is even for those who support her then she’s unqualified to make discissions on my behalf. What’s disturbing, as Republicans we allow this kind of misinformation to occur, how does that happen, we do nothing or little as a group to communicate, at least with those who should benefit most, the opposition.
One Solution.
If there is a bios reporting by a particular group, then go around that group in every way possible including knocking on each door and or mailing out flyers in your own area.

That all these things have been done with the knowledge, sanctions, and procurement of the present National Administration; and that for this high crime against the Constitution, the Union, and humanity, we arraign that Administration, President, his advisors, agents, supporters, apologist, and accessories, either before or after the fact, before the country and before the world; and that it is our fixed purpose to bring the actual perpetrators of these atrocities outrages and their accomplices to a sure and condign punishment thereafter.
Resolved: That Kansas should be immediately admitted as a state of this Union; with her free Constitution, as at once the most effectual way of securing to her citizens the enjoyment of the rights privileges to which they are entitled, and ending the civil strife now raging in her territory.
Resolved: That the highwayman’s plea that “might makes right” embodied in the Ostend circular, was in every respect unworthy of American Diplomacy, and would bring shame and dishonor upon any Government or the people that gave it their sanction.

What is the Goal!

The goal is simple, what it should be is freedom, liberty for everyone to live their lives free, free from illegal interference from those who would force their selfish will on others. The operative word being forced, taking away free will from others to make their own choices. It’s unfortunate there are many who just wish to be contrary failing to coalesce with others who feel the same way what freedom meaning as I, showing a lack of common sense in that failing.
That’s what America promises and draws so many to it, the ability to be free, and what comes from that promise of free will? is self-relance, opportunity to succeed through hard work, creating prosperity and a sense of worth to every person.

Election of a President…

There are many conversations over electing of a President, one of those herd today, April 30th on The Clay and Buck radio show. A conversation talking about President Trumps plight with all the unwarranted head winds and corrupt prosecutions he faces, and how many Republicans along with many in and the Republican Party has rallied around him, which they should, not because he’s perfect he isn’t neither are many others, there are no good reasons to oppose him as President. One area that is still in question by those few so called never Trumpers, is his viability as President which, still remains for various reasons.
A comparison to others is easy to make on competency to lead, if those who may have those doubts for any reason reevaluate those concerns, those reasons that can be dispelled are just using common sense, understanding what a leader or President of a nation should be is clear, citing the most important factor to consider that eligibility should be if that person has everyone’s best interest in front of all else. Some of those pro and con reasons cited are as follows:
President Trump failed to get as much accomplished as many wished so he’s a bad choice! Is he?
A, well there are always others actively blocking his or anyone’s efforts.
B, often these proposals the public desire take more time to accomplish through no fault of anyone’s efforts.
C are adequate assets available through the public purse to accomplish those goals generally not so where is the delay, not Trump.
President Trump interfered with an election, did he?
A, acting on request made by many others to ask questions on the legitimacy of a count, whether there was fraud or not, that action was totally justified. Many jurisdictions by breaking the law inferred that possibility so who are they to complain.

B, based on credible historical data varying there had been cheating in the past there were reasons to question an election by anyone.
He didn’t try to overturn an elected, only wanted to make sure it was legal and fair first before any action to codify the results, so what are people referring to when making a claim he tried to overturn and election.
C, and a final argument, no election was overturned or changed threw his or anyone’s actions, so where was the fraud if that is alleged so what disqualifies this candidate.
President Trump is a Bullie and Races, using unwarranted slurs and cruel language, he did were.
A, President Trump gave individuals an opportunity based on merit only with regard to Race or gender, enough said, no other argument is valid.
B, when using any descriptive language consider why those people often resembled that description.
C, involving personality, remember the reason President Trump was selected for the 2016 election, someone willing to be a bulldog and do the dirty work of cleaning up a mess, where was the support from citizens to help in that effort.
Conversely, who are those individuals like President Bidden and his dominions, they who have none or few of the positive attributes needed to lead a free nation.

So, why are never Thrumper’s in existence, must be they are anti-American or corrupt liars.

Historical ignorance

Much of the unrest seen today is obviously from the lack of having a true historical perspective and there is obviously little consideration given to the original concept forming societal norms and why those norms should or should not change or be changed as time goes on. This lack of knowledge can be attributed to the failings of the public educational system in present use by not having enough emphases on the past and how far we as a society have come, and then it must be asked what the goal is.

Many examples can be sited going back in history with other societies can be pointed to as both failures and successes, however there only needs to be a few to illustrate the issues of today.

In the case of the United States, what is it that is the main concern that should encompasses us all in achieving an ultimate goal of freedom and prosperity? Should it be an escape from tyranny and prejudice, and the feeling of equality that comes from that freedom, or slavery to a certain point of view that may be based in selfishness and greed such as a monarchy or totalitarianism?

Like many things apparent with the actions of a few, any or all meaning of certain events are memorialized using some methods like statuses has been lost. Even though confederates solders may be some of those memorialized by those statues it has to be known why they are memorialized to begin with, knowing the true meaning of democracy in the first place would help tremendously, and fighting for what a person believes in no matter which side they may be on is the bases for that democracy.

The very same things present day protestors claim to be in favor of, they wish to destroy.
It also has to be understood that slavery in any form is not a virtuous way to live but in reality so called slaves in the past where not owned by racist as claimed in many cases, for these oppressed and misused individuals could have been and often were other ethnic groups too. Take the Jews, the Irish and Chinese for example who were delegated certain jobs and also the Italians, they were also an oppressed and abused group, and in many cases still are.
And often it was their own kind who sold their fellow man into slavery, a practice still being undertaken today. The U S being singled out as being the only group guilty of such behavior is invalid as there are far more groups around the world that subscribed to the same practice including some blacks or Negroid societies which makes the argument being made in the country disingenuous?

In the case of Native Americans, most fail to understand that many tribe where and had been at war with each other for centuries long before the foreign settlors came, it was not always the case the colonist action caused that was abuse. Although there is a saying that is relevant, which outlines much of the abuse and mistrust? And that is “Hi I am from the Government and I am here to help” which in many cases that help end with disastrous results.

So what is the goal that some are trying to achieve it would be good to know, but don't they realize they are only harming themselves.
