How Government Works… (1)

How Government works or at least how it should work is a topic worth discussion by all individuals who are affected by its properly defining its purpose.
As pointed out many times in the past it is everyone’s responsibility to understand and teach others, such as their children the proper function of government if not then those who don’t must live with the consequences of that failure.

The Presidency: The first responsibility of the President is to act as a non-partisan Commander and Chief over the armed services for the protection of all citizens from harm.
A companion responsibility is to guarantee adherence in a non-partisan way in all cases to the constitution of the United States and all its facets.
No other duty exists.
