Freedom of Movement takes on many forms, one is the ability to engage in any legal activity that one wants. For example, many websites have adopted many terms and conditions, which if considered in depth is contrary to (a), good common since and serving their customers in a good way, for that is what it is for anyway, serving their customers. (b), also its an invalided why of expanding and keeping their customer base, it should be noted that in most cases, if any terms and conditions are to be used in the first place, unless there are some unusual circumstances, the only terms that should be expressed is " not to engage in any illegal activity" on both the part of the entity that offers the service, and those that use that service.

The use of certain terms and conditions is actually counter and contrary to law in many cases, where those times can be shown and validated. The fact is, that if everyone uses terms and conditions that limit someone's legal activities, does not consider their customer as a prized commodity anyway, nor are those terms and conditions valid if there is no clear choice, since where everyone that offers a service uses the same are similar language, not leaving anyway to choose. Especially regarding the internet, were it is the property of all persons as a utility or a type of utility and further where everyone has paid in some fashion for its existence and use, and therefore not the property of one person or a few, but all persons.

Debates in Houston on 9/12/19 and what they represent.

Many look to the Democratic debates to make certain decisions and to educate themselves on who is or maybe the best candidate to represent us in the future. Un-fortunately none of these individuals offer anything that would be helpful to gain safety, security and prosperity for all, and only focusing on a few individuals if that. Considering what it is that we should all seek there is not a clear choice to be had or even there needs to be a choice either stick with what already exist or change.
It is possible to go down the list and discuss them individually and show where their views may be harmful to the vast majority but that would take to much time. But to point out in general certain facts instead of focusing on each individual person by name, and where they all have shared views. And it is important not to take the word of others on a specific issue without some sort of common sense being applied.

First it must be clear, I am not for any specific person but the best person.


For example;
1, it is said by some, the current President is racist or sexist without any proof of that being the case. Many do not consider the character and actions of those persons being spoken of as the catalyst for any remarks made by President Trump; remarks and actions taken are not because they are reference to a part of any ethnic group or gender. These views by President Trump are obvious and shared by many sound minded individuals.
The failure by anyone to recognize this as truth hardly qualifies them to make decisions for our wellbeing.
2, anyone knowing the vary reasons for our existence as a nation, or even just professing they have that knowledge, would know that Medicare for all or any financial aid given to everyone just because, could not nor will not work, just for the fact there isn’t enough assists for that assistance to make it possible. Of course everyone should have access to health care, that’s a given, but they need to pay for that care unless the provider or someone else wishes’ to step up and contribute to that care on their own accord and free will.
3, those that think in any way that taking of any life for any reason is correct is mistaken unless under unusual circumstances, such as war, criminal activity or to save a life. Anyone that subscribes to that idea in that action being correct, could also justify taking your life without cause at some point, then that candidate cannot be trusted to safeguard your security. That doesn’t always mean that person is a bad person only in some ways that person is misguided, unless there exists clear criminal intent.
4, gun control and taking away certain firearms from the masses is another issue that many of these candidates speak of and apparently do not understand, again these people do not clearly understand our national origins and the reason for our existence, and fail to see where the issue of disarming many is against the vary meaning of being armed and the source of our security. Being armed was never meant specifically for hunting or sport, the idea of being armed is to detour any actions of a rouge government or any outside interference from hostile sources. Anyone that wishes to pursue that line of thinking in disarming good people is not a person that can be trusted with our future safety.
5, immigration and the border wall being another topic where it is a falsehood that President Trump is against immigration. This President shows good common sense in handling immigration that protects us all with the tools he has been given. There is no other avenue left open for any actions that this President has taken, until congress who is supposed to be the voice of the people acts to cure many ills that exists. It is not President Trump that is causing all the issues, and laying the blame on him for those ills by some indicates, indicates these individuals do not possess good reasoning to lead anyone and guarantee the correct outcome to aid us all in a secure future.

Many other issues could be critiqued but common sense not personal feelings should be used and prevail over any conclusions in any of those cases.

Another tragedy strikes again,

This time in Austin Texas, August 2019 where guns and a mentally unstable individual were involved. Whether that individual seemed to have some sort of purpose or reason for his actions, only someone that was mentally ill and disturbed in some fashion would act out in such a way. Again guns themselves had no willing part in those actions described as they cannot make any independent decisions being they are inanimate objects not having any ability for independent thinking.

Safety and security should be one of the main concerns over this matter where everyone should consider this issue and its ramifications since I am sure those who died as a result of these actions did not wake up that morning and feel in some way this was their last day, which brings to mind, can anyone then be secure in the knowledge they can go about their business of living without fear that include all individuals.

In every situation which has taken place, the biggest issue comes down to good character and in the way that many conditions exist created by some that give an unstable individual an excuse to act out.
Sorry to say that even people like Sean Hannity who I admire and agree with on many statements made by him, but not all those statements unfortunately, there are a few that I disagree with, for example the idea that there no correlation exist between certain events and what someone says and what happens with some situations that follow is of course Ludacris. Those with pre-existing misguided ideas that are form by using that perceived authority given by some, who wish to indulge in some sort of mayhem may act out on what they hear from others as justifying for those acts they perform.

To keep it simple it is important for those we elect to represent us, to have correct ideas and views on how to safe guard those rights we all should have, and insure those rights though common sense in any actions and decisions preformed, and to sure those acts are not taken wrongly or out of context so as not to spur those on who are mentally unstable by preforming many antisocial activities by virtue of someone’s misguided way of thought.
But what is even as important for everyone's safety is seeing and recognizing those signs of that mental instability or any other suspicious behavior and reporting such behavior to others and the proper authorities.
